During a recent HER TECH partner meeting, we asked a simple question: What languages do we speak?
The answers highlighted the rich linguistic and cultural diversity of our consortium. Every partner brings not only expertise from their own country but also unique experiences, perspectives and ideas that strengthen the project as a whole.
Working across languages is not always easy. It requires openness, trust and a willingness to learn from one another. But it also reminds us why European collaboration is so valuable. Different educational systems, cultures and experiences help us better understand the challenges girls face in ICT and develop solutions that are relevant across countries.
HER TECH is built on this diversity. Every discussion, every workshop and every research activity benefits from the perspectives of partners working together towards one common goal: creating more inclusive opportunities for girls and women in technology.
Because while we may speak many languages, we all share the same vision—a future where every girl feels that technology is a place where she belongs.
