Our project
Our project aims to develop a comprehensive, gender-sensitive teaching framework to inspire and support girls in ICT studies and ensure their long-term success in this field. We will develop and disseminate actionable policy recommendations to address systemic barriers that hinder women’s participation in ICT in both education and industry. By providing educators with practical tools and strategies, we aim to create a more inclusive learning environment that promotes women’s participation in ICT. We will also promote the use of inclusive teaching methods and raise awareness of unconscious bias in educational institutions. Our solutions are designed to be scalable and replicable so that their impact can be extended across Europe and beyond to create lasting change in the ICT sector.
