The HER TECH project was proudly represented at the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2026, held on 10–11 June at EXPO XXI in Warsaw, Poland.
Recognised as Europe’s largest conference and career fair for women in technology, the Summit brings together students, professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, educators and industry leaders from across the world. The event provides a unique platform for networking, knowledge exchange and discussions on the future of technology and innovation.
This year’s programme explored a wide range of topics, including artificial intelligence, robotics, biotechnology, human-centred innovation, psychological safety, career development and the role of technology in addressing global challenges. The Summit also places a strong emphasis on ethics, diversity, inclusion, sustainability and climate-positive approaches to technological development.
As part of the event, the HER TECH project presented its mission to support greater participation of girls and women in ICT and contribute to a more inclusive digital future. The Summit offered an excellent opportunity to connect with experts and practitioners working to increase diversity in STEM fields, exchange experiences and discuss strategies for creating more inclusive educational and professional pathways in technology.
Participation in Women in Tech Summit 2026 aligns closely with HER TECH’s commitment to empowering women, promoting inclusive innovation and supporting positive change across the ICT sector.
